LUQON IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist with hands-on Meta Ads experience to plan, launch and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

The ideal candidate will conduct audience research, manage Meta Ads Manager, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with design teams to create compelling ad creatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 of hands-on Social Media Marketing experience.
• Strong proven experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing campaigns with measurable results.
• Understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, retargeting, and audience building.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of social media content and engagement strategies.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and optimize performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience in lead generation campaigns, international clients, e-commerce, real estate, services, or other performance-driven campaigns will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with graphic designers/content creators for ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall ad performance.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, algorithms, and best practices.
