Job summary

Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Lahore-based team. You will lead paid advertising, analytics, content creation, and social media marketing to drive engagement and leads.

This role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, and design tools like Canva or Photoshop. On-site in Wapda Town, Lahore, with hours 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign performance tracking.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Search Campaigns is a plus.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) will be a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, and campaign creatives.
• Design professional marketing posts using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Develop monthly content calendars and digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the development and creative teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance.
• Generate leads through paid advertising and implement remarketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta updates, TikTok Ads, and industry best practices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and business objectives.

Compensation: 50k - 80k
