• Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, etc.) to engage and grow the audience.
• Manage daily operations of social accounts, including community engagement and responding to comments/messages.
• Monitor performance metrics and analytics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Run paid social media advertising campaigns and analyze ROI.
• Track competitor activity and audience insights to improve strategy and reach.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of each social platform\'s algorithm, audience behavior, and content formats.
• Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance.
