The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to meet specific business objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain active engagement with the community.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as design, content, and marketing to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful social media campaigns.
  • Experience with performance tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
