Job summary

Scaleup Connect is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead, develop, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms. The role covers content creation, campaign management, community engagement, and performance analytics to boost brand visibility and audience growth.

You will supervise content planning, paid campaigns, and collaboration with design and video teams to deliver engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

Qualifications

• 2-4 Years of relevant experience in social media management, brand management, or agency environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute multi-channel social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage brand presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Lead content planning, monthly content calendars, and grid aesthetic management.
• Oversee paid social media campaigns, budgeting, and ad performance optimization.
• Analyze platform metrics and KPIs to prepare actionable performance reports.
• Manage social media management tools and Meta Business Suite operations.
