Job summary

Liaquat National Hospital is seeking a social media executive to manage content across platforms, coordinate with the creative team, and engage with audiences in line with marketing campaigns.

You will collect data from digital channels, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations while maintaining a library of digital assets and coordinating reviews with stakeholders. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Communication / Mass Communication or equivalent with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Post content on social media platforms in synchronization with other channels like Whatsapp, Website and conventional marketing methods.
• Coordinate with the creative team to create messages on behalf of LNH.
• Handle responses on social media channels and send customer feedback to the relevant department.
• Assist in videos/photographs for different services and clinics as part of social media campaigns.
• Collect data from digital marketing platforms for traffic growth, engagement, and other key metrics.
• Use analytical tools to identify trends and provide recommendations for content or strategy adjustments.
• Maintain a content library, organize digital assets, and coordinate meetings or reviews.
