Job summary

Milele Prime is hiring a Social Media and Community Executive for our Lahore office. You will manage communities across major platforms, create BOFU content, and lead LinkedIn/X strategy and publishing.

You will monitor engagement, maintain posting schedules, and analyze performance to drive conversions. The ideal candidate has a marketing/communication background, fresh to 2 years of experience, and familiarity with Canva, CapCut and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Fresh graduate to 2 years' experience managing social pages.
• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut and analytics.
• Interest in financial markets, forex or crypto preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop and execute BOFU content driving leads and conversions.
• Manage LinkedIn and X: strategy, planning, creation and publishing.
• Monitor and reply to comments on all platforms.

What you will do

• Manage communities across WhatsApp Channels, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop and execute bottom of funnel (BOFU) content that drives leads and conversions through these communities.
• Manage LinkedIn and X end to end: strategy, planning, creation and publishing.
• Monitor and reply to comments on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Keep a consistent posting schedule and audience engagement on every platform.
• Track content performance and improve engagement and conversions.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience managing social media pages or online communities.
• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut and platform analytics.
• Interest in financial markets, forex or crypto. Experience with trading or fintech communities is a strong plus.
