• Create, edit, and publish engaging copy, graphics, short videos, and other platform-specific content.
• Manage community interactions, respond professionally to comments and messages, and support online reputation.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify content opportunities.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and maintain consistent messaging across channels.

Job Specification

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, media company, agency, or comparable organization.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to create compelling written, visual, and short-form video content for different audiences.
• Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of content calendars, hashtags, engagement tactics, and platform trends.
• Strong copywriting, editing, communication, and community management skills.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
