Job summary

RepairDesk Inc. is seeking a proactive IT Administrator to manage office IT infrastructure, laptops, and endpoint security. You will oversee asset inventory, provisioning, patching, and incident resolution, ensuring reliable connectivity and compliant configurations.

You will support SOC 2 readiness, maintain security controls and audit evidence, and collaborate with HR and teams to enforce onboarding/offboarding and access management. Strong troubleshooting and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, SE, Networking, or cybersecurity.
• 2–4 years of IT administration or endpoint management experience.
• Practical knowledge of macOS and Windows device administration.
• Experience with FleetDM and CrowdStrike Falcon or similar MDM/EDR platforms.
• Understanding of endpoint security, patch management, device encryption, access controls, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, assets, and network connectivity.
• Oversee device provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and recovery.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts with EDR.
• Enforce onboarding/offboarding procedures and access management.
• Support SOC 2 readiness and ISO 27001-aligned practices.
• Provide IT support and maintain documentation.
