Job summary

RepairDesk-In is seeking a proactive IT Administrator to manage office IT infrastructure, devices, and security controls. The role focuses on asset management, network reliability, and enabling SOC 2 readiness through proper documentation and controls.

You will work with FleetDM and CrowdStrike Falcon to enforce security policies, manage onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate with HR to ensure access is granted or revoked promptly. Experience with Windows and macOS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, CS, SE, Networking, Cybersecurity required.
• Minimum 2–4 years in IT administration or endpoint management.
• Experience with macOS and Windows device administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage office internet, Wi‑Fi, routers and network connectivity.
• Maintain inventory of company laptops and IT assets.
• Oversee device provisioning, configuration, maintenance and recovery.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and coordinate with service providers.
• Manage devices via FleetDM and monitor CrowdStrike Falcon EDR.
• Ensure security requirements: patching, encryption, antivirus, configurations.
• Support SOC 2 readiness with proper controls and documentation.
• Enforce onboarding/offboarding procedures and access provisioning.
• Document IT assets, configurations, incidents, and SOPs.
