Job summary

Rafhanmaize in Punjab, Pakistan seeks a Production Engineer to oversee safe shift operations and efficient resource use. You will post shift production and dispatches in SAP, manage manpower, and ensure targets for quality and quantity are met.

You will coordinate with the shift chemist on in-process issues, maintain instrumentation and equipment, and pursue continuous improvements in processes and safety. 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have B.Sc/B.E in Chemical Engineering with 3–5 years experience.
• Experience in corn/rice processing preferred.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation.
• Familiar with GMP/HACCP and safety/environment practices.
• Plant troubleshooting and control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post shift production and dispatches in SAP.
• Fulfil manpower requirements for smooth shift operations.
• Achieve shift targets for quality and quantity.
• Prepare shift performance and attendance logs.
• Coordinate with shift chemist to address in-process non-conformances.
• Ensure safe operation with PPE and work permits.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping.
• Drive continuous process improvement and SAP optimization.
