Job summary

ibex. Pakistan is seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to uncover user needs, analyze insights, and influence product strategy across healthcare and other digital products.

You will collaborate with UX researchers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve digital experiences. In this role you will lead qualitative and quantitative studies, plan research, adapt methods, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years leading research projects.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods including generative and evaluative techniques.
• Experience analyzing VoC data, including NPS and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) is mandatory.
