Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead design and optimization of digital experiences across web and mobile. You will translate complex journeys into intuitive interfaces, shaping navigation, wireframes, and a unified design system.

You will collaborate with UX Researchers and developers, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation while maintaining brand consistency. A strong portfolio and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end customer journeys for each product area.
• Identify pain points and convergence opportunities between app and web.
• Develop service blueprints capturing cross-channel interactions.
• Define navigation structures, hierarchy, and interaction flows.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Validate IA and navigation through reviews and feedback sessions.
• Create and maintain a unified component library and style guide.
• Develop mid- and high-fidelity prototypes representing real interactions.
• Ensure consistent brand guidelines across digital surfaces.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to incorporate user insights.
• Partner with development teams for feasible, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Provide detailed design specs, redlines, and QA support during testing.
• Deliver quick-turnaround mockups for IPO, GR, or campaigns.
• Iterate designs based on user testing and analytics data.
