Job summary

Glimstech in Pakistan is seeking an accomplished Lead UI/UX designer to guide product design end-to-end for our SaaS portfolio. You will drive discovery to high-fidelity UI, mentor designers, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasible, accessible interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-platform interfaces.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for effective collaboration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide design discussions.
• Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints.
