Job summary

SixSol Technologies in Islamabad is seeking a Senior Upwork Bidder to drive profitable engagements by crafting compelling proposals and winning projects on Upwork.

The on-site, full-time role requires 5+ years in bidding, excellent English, and the ability to coordinate with our technical team on scope, estimates, and client discussions. A 10% commission is offered on successful projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Upwork bidding and business development.
• Proven sales and client acquisition experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to craft tailored proposals and handle client discussions.
• Understanding of software development services (web, mobile, AI, embedded/IoT).
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
• A solid track record in sales, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to write tailored proposals and confidently handle client discussions.
• Understanding of software development services, including web, mobile, AI, and embedded/IoT solutions.
• Ability to manage the sales process from finding opportunities to follow-ups and closing.

Your responsibilities:
