Job summary

WeTrackAds is seeking an experienced Business Developer to manage and grow our Upwork Agency account from our Islamabad office. The role focuses on lead generation, winning projects, and sustaining long-term client relationships on Upwork.

You will write compelling proposals, identify opportunities, and collaborate with clients to increase visibility and win rate on Upwork. This onsite full-time position offers growth and a dynamic team environment in Bahria Town Paradise Commercial, Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in business development on Upwork.
• Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
• Prior experience managing an Agency Account is a must
