This night-shift role offers PKR 250,000–350,000 monthly base, uncapped commissions, attendance allowance, and a company‑maintained vehicle based on target achievement. You should have 3+ years in sales and a proven upselling track record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, upselling, or account management.
• Experience in web, design, digital, software, or related services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Strong client relationship and account management abilities.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor junior sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Upselling: identify high-value upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clients.
• Revenue Growth: drive monthly sales of $10K–$15K through effective strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Sales Leadership: mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Negotiation & Closing: lead negotiations and close deals maximizing value.
• Client Needs Analysis: assess client requirements and propose web/design/digital solutions.

This role is ideal for a confident sales professional with a proven track record in upselling, negotiation, client retention, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Upselling: Identify and capitalize on high-value upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Revenue Growth: Drive monthly sales of $10K–$15K through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize retention and repeat business.
• Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the upselling process and support junior sales team members with effective strategies and best practices.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-value negotiations and confidently close deals while maximizing business value.
• Client Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable web, design, development, and digital solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on web, design, and digital industry trends to effectively communicate solutions and value.
• Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, pipeline, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• O/A Levels background preferred
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, upselling, or account management
• Experience in web, design, digital, software, or related services is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Strong client relationship and account management abilities
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
• Strong understanding of web design and development concepts
