Job summary

Mashreq is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Treasury Ops to drive a next-generation Core Banking upgrade across six geographies. You will own end-to-end delivery from initiation to Go-Live, coordinating business and technology teams to minimise disruption to BAU.

The role requires senior stakeholder management, cross-border team leadership, and strong program governance, with a focus on automation, risk control and global process standardisation.

Qualifications

• Master degree with 10-15 years in diverse banking experience with additional Project Management knowledge / Certification or equivalent practical experience
• Cross border team management experience
• Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities
• Senior Stakeholder Management
• Collaborates and Integrates work with other teams including Country Operations, Centralized Operations units, Business and Technology functions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Core Banking program delivery across six geographies with minimal disruption to BAU
• Interact with multiple disciplinary teams and ensure timely project governance for Operations activities
• Drive automation to achieve high revenue impact and minimize customizations
• Coordinate health checks, testing, documentation, and change management
