Job summary

Mashreq Bank PSC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end onboarding of retail products, including Personal Loans and Cards processing, underwriting, CPV and disbursal. The candidate should bring 5+ years in retail onboarding, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of credit policies, risk controls, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High level of maturity and good communication skills to balance needs of stakeholders.
• Good managerial and interpersonal skills with ability to supervise teams.
• Sound knowledge of credit policies and understanding of systems.
• In depth knowledge of procedures pertaining to cards data entry/CPV processes.
• Must be able to work under pressure with short deadlines.
• Graduate with 5+ years’ work experience in Retail products onboarding environment.
• Good analytical skills.
• Should have handled a similar role for at least 2-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding process for retail products in a centralized offshore setup.
• Oversee Personal Loans and Cards application processing including underwriting, CPV and disbursal.
• Ensure adherence to SLA/TAT and accuracy in processing and decisioning.
• Monitor exception reports and escalate as needed with stakeholders.
• Maintain risk controls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore units for capacity planning and collaboration.
