Job summary

Mashreq is seeking an experienced CCAM Operations Manager to provide value-added operational support within Corporate Banking. You will oversee account opening, maintenance, KYC, and signatory management, ensuring compliance and service levels.

The role requires 5–7 years in Corporate Banking Operations with strong risk awareness, stakeholder management, and leadership. You will coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Trade teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Banking Operations or Client onboarding.
• Experience in managing operations teams and service delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCAM activities including Corporate Account Opening and Account Maintenance.
• Review and authorize documentation in compliance with CDD/KYC, AML, and sanctions.
• Ensure data accuracy of customer records, mandates, and signatory information across systems.
• Manage maker-checker controls and SLA adherence; monitor processing quality and risk controls.
• Assist in regulatory remediations, audits, and data correction initiatives.
