Job summary

Mashreq seeks an experienced operations professional to manage end-to-end onboarding of retail products, including Personal Loans and Cards applications with underwriting, CPV, and disbursal. You will ensure policy conformance, SLA adherence, and effective reporting.

You will collaborate with Risk, onshore/offshore teams, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, maintain controls, and drive continuous improvement in a centralized environment.

Qualifications

• Mature with strong communication to balance stakeholders.
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills to supervise teams.
• Solid knowledge of credit policies and systems.
• Deep knowledge of cards data entry and CPV processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Graduate with 5+ years' experience in retail onboarding.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience in a similar role for 2-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of retail products.
• Direct and control Personal Loans and Cards application processing including underwriting, CPV, and disbursal.
• Review cases for product parameters and policy criteria.
• Ensure SLA/TAT targets and accurate processing.
• Provide monthly MIS and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Risk, area managers, branches for capacity planning.
