Mashreq is seeking a senior professional to lead the enterprise-wide automation strategy for reconciliation systems. The role focuses on scalable, accurate, and resilient processes across high-volume accounts, enhancing auto-matching logic and reducing manual breaks with AI-based platforms like Cypher.

You will collaborate closely with Technology, Internal Controls, and Business Operations to resolve platform gaps, define SLA thresholds, and drive the automation agenda across Nostro, Sundry,

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with ability to interpret MI, break trends, and drive strategic process change.
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to work with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Finance, Audit, and Technology.
• Proficiency in reconciliation platforms (e.g., TLM) and data governance tools.
• Understanding of AI-based logic implementation and pattern recognition.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide automation strategy and platform ownership for reconciliation systems.
• Enhance auto-matching logic and reduce manual breaks; improve efficiency using AI-based platforms like Cypher.
• Define SLA thresholds and drive automation agenda across Nostro, Sundry, Internal, VAT, and other reconciliation types.
• Coordinate with Technology, Internal Controls, and Business Operations to resolve platform gaps.
• Onboard and integrate new account types or business lines into the reconciliation platforms.
