Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC – MGN Pakistan central management office seeks a seasoned professional to drive the strategic program agenda and ensure governance across initiatives. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing program outcomes, and embedding cross-functional collaboration across banking operations.

The position requires executive support skills, strong reporting capabilities, and a focus on risk control and process improvements within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• University degree related to business administration, operations or project management
• 5–8 years total experience including 5+ years in program/project management or governance roles in financial services or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead internal & external resources to manage programs and achieve project goals
• Organize projects and activities per MBOs and Book of Work for MGN Pakistan
• Manage ongoing projects, track KPIs and ensure timely reporting
• Align projects with MGN Pakistan strategic roadmap and governance forums
• Provide executive support including calendars, communications, and travel arrangements
• Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance for MGN central management
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and governance forum actions
• Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for governance reviews
