Job summary

Mashreq Bank PSC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of retail products, including onboarding, underwriting, CPV and disbursal processes. The role emphasizes adherence to SLA/TAT, risk controls and high data quality across UAE/intl operations.

You will manage a team, coordinate with Risk and onshore/offshore stakeholders, and drive process improvements to achieve excellence in service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5+ years’ experience in retail product onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies and CPV processes.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage performance under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with risk controls and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• SLA/TAT: ensure daily SLA through monitoring and fixes.
• Team management: supervise and develop staff to hit goals.
• Review daily rejects/referrals and drive improvements.
• Credit: adhere to retail credit policies and thresholds.
• Risk: manage risk via exception reporting and controls.
• Interdependent coordination with Risk, business partners, and branches.
• Morale: foster involvement and ideas to improve service quality.
• Audit: support internal audits and corrective actions.
