Job summary

Inter-Prompt Global (IP Global) seeks a Sr. International Technical Recruiter in its Technical Recruitment department. The role reports to Manager ITR and operates on a rotational shift schedule.

You will manage end-to-end technical hiring, from writing descriptions to presenting top candidates to hiring managers. The position requires 3+ years in technical recruitment, strong English communication, and experience with social sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in technical recruitment.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Experience using WorkMarket, FieldNation, and LinkedIn for technician sourcing and onboarding (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/reporting skills.
• Experience in 24/7 service delivery or field operations (preferred).

1. Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
2. Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms.
3. Lead job and task analysis to document job responsibilities and requirements.
4. Source potential candidates on social media platforms.
5. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
6. Parse particular skills and capabilities to screen IT resumes
7. Performing background and reference checks.
8. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
9. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in technical recruitment
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Proven experience using WorkMarket, FieldNation, and LinkedIn for technician sourcing and job onboarding (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with good Excel/reporting skills.
• Experience working in a 24/7 service delivery or field operations environment (preferred).
