10Pearls is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on US hiring.

This role requires someone who is sharp, proactive, quick to learn, and passionate about identifying and engaging top technical talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and niche hiring.
• Hands-on use of AI tools across hiring workflows.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to closure for assigned roles.
• Align with hiring managers on role expectations, timelines, and feasibility.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Use AI tools as a standard way of working for sourcing, screening, and talent discovery.
• Track and improve key metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and closures.
• Share clear, data-backed updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure process discipline across ATS, SLAs, and hiring workflows.
• Manage candidate experience and offer negotiations end-to-end.
• Support mentoring of junior team members and team capability building.
