Job summary

Troxis is a rapidly growing software development company seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, build strategic talent pipelines, and strengthen employer branding. The role requires expertise in tech recruitment, stakeholder management, analytics, and modern sourcing techniques.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, map markets, and source top talent across technical and non-technical functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search.
Proven experience hiring for software houses, IT services, SaaS, or tech organizations.
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle, workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and business objectives.
Develop sourcing strategies for technical, creative, corporate, and leadership roles.
Lead hiring across multiple functions and ensure timely, quality hires.
Maintain proactive talent pipelines and provide market insights.
