Troxis is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead international growth in B2B IT services and SaaS. You will drive revenue, manage enterprise client relationships, and own the end-to-end BD lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.

This hands-on leadership role requires building a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional units to deliver tailored technology solutions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BD or enterprise sales within SaaS/IT services, strong C-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, CS or IT related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in BD, enterprise sales, or IT services sales.
• Proven success selling project-based software development, SaaS, IT services or technology consulting.

Responsabilités

• Develop global BD and revenue growth strategy.
• Generate and close opportunities across US, UK, Europe, and ME.
• Own BD lifecycle from lead gen to contract closure.
• Drive outbound via LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, referrals.
• Build and mentor BD team with KPIs and processes.
• Lead discovery calls, enterprise meetings, and executive negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, SOWs, and RFPs.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and account growth.
