Job summary

Abacus Consulting is seeking a Senior Support Engineer for SAP Commerce (Hybris) with 6–9 years of hands-on experience to act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and drive permanent fixes across the Hybris platform and its integrations.

You will lead major incidents, coordinate RCA, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with SAP ECC/S4, OMS, PIM, and payment gateways to ensure stable commerce operations in a multi-system environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience managing and developing SAP Commerce (Hybris) applications.
• Hands-on with SAP Commerce extensions, ServiceLayer, Spring configuration, and Interceptors/Jobs/Listeners.
• Strong understanding of facades, checkout, promotion engine, and WCMS/CMS modules.
• SAP Hybris training or certification; cloud exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex SAP Commerce incidents and drive permanent fixes across the platform and integrations.
• Lead major incidents, manage RCA, and communicate with stakeholders during P1/P2 events; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with SAP ECC/S4, OMS, PIM, and payment gateways via Data Hub/SAP CPI, OCC APIs, and Impex/batch feeds.
• General support: SLA tracking, problem management, and coordination of cross-team efforts to ensure platform stability.
