Abacus is seeking a Mid-Level Support Engineer with 3–6 years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) experience to provide Level 2 and 3 application support. The role involves investigating production issues, root cause analysis, and applying configuration and code fixes to maintain system stability.

The candidate will work across cross-functional teams, handling incident management and ensuring SLA-driven resolutions while collaborating on improvements to the knowledge base and runbooks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) support and development.
• Hands-on with SAP Commerce extensions, ServiceLayer, Spring and related modules.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Hybris extensions and ServiceLayer components; ensure proper wiring and listeners.
• Diagnose region cache, Solr indexing, and Impex/import job failures; optimize queries.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support under ITIL; document incidents and resolutions; contribute to runbooks.
