Attock Cement Pakistan Limited is seeking a Senior Manager (Exports) to lead international business development and export sales growth for cement. The role focuses on identifying new markets, developing customers, and converting opportunities into long-term business.

The incumbent will drive market intelligence, build a robust customer pipeline, and maintain reporting on market developments, negotiations, and closures. MBA Marketing and 8–10 years in export BD are required.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing is required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in export business development of break-bulk / containerized commodities (cement or non-cement).
• Proven track record of developing new international customers and markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach international importers, distributors, traders, construction companies, and other potential customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through market intelligence, customer mapping, industry contacts, digital channels, trade directories and international networking.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective international customers and cement business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to assess market potential, customer requirements, competition, pricing and trends.
• Maintain regular reporting on market developments, customer pipeline, negotiations and expected closures.
