Job summary

WORK is seeking a sales-focused professional for a demanding role in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The position emphasizes closing deals, maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets in a BPO/service environment.

Applicants should have strong communication, negotiation and time management skills, with prior BPO or B2B sales experience and familiarity with CRM software. Evening shifts from 6 PM to 4 AM are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proven track record in closing sales and meeting targets.
• Experience in customer service and building long-term relationships.
• BPO experience preferred with closing focus.
• Background in B2B or service sales, preferably in marketing or quality assurance environments.
• Comfort using CRM tools for lead management, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and time management abilities.
