Prime BPO in Saddar Rawalpindi is seeking a Senior Sales Closer (BDS) to close Final Expense policy sales at our on-site office. This full-time night-shift role requires strong English communication and negotiation skills, with uncapped bonuses based on performance.

The position offers a defined career path within a growing BPO, with a compensation package that includes a total package of 150K and opportunities for training and professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Final Expense closing experience.
• Excellent English communication required.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsabilités

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists.
• Overcome objections professionally while staying within compliance and insurance regulations.
• Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure customer commitment.
• Accurately process and document closed sales in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the verification team to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Maintain a high close rate while meeting quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion where appropriate.
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved.
