Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year of BPO experience as a Verifier.
• Excellent communication Skills in English.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales on the Final Expense campaign for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Ensure documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and QA teams.
• Ensure compliance policies are followed.
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
• Stay back or work overtime for training or targets.
