Job summary

Prime BPO seeks an experienced Executive Sales Officer to join the on-site Rawalpindi team. The role requires proven closing ability, cross-selling skills, and delivering persuasive presentations to drive revenue. Night shifts and a strong commission focus define the workplace.

With uncapped commissions and a guaranteed package, the ESO will manage end-to-end sales processes, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with verification/QA to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of closing experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable with night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Close inbound and outbound sales leads effectively.
• Cross-sell multiple products to maximize revenue.
• Deliver persuasive, compliant sales presentations.
• Handle objections confidently and convert prospects.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
