Job summary

WORK is seeking a sales-focused professional for a demanding role in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The position emphasizes closing deals, maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets in a BPO/service environment.

Applicants should have strong communication, negotiation and time management skills, with prior BPO or B2B sales experience and familiarity with CRM software. Evening shifts from 6 PM to 4 AM are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven expertise in closings and deal closure, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• BPO Experience minimum 1 Year, Closing experience (Preffered)
• Background in B2B or service-based sales, preferably within marketing, customer service, or quality assurance environments.
• Comfort using CRM tools and sales software for lead management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work in a Smooth Working Environment
