Job summary

RevInfinity is seeking a Senior RevOps Analyst who specializes in HubSpot to own client engagements from audits to activation and reporting. You will lead technical delivery, architect GTM solutions, and optimize portals across pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences, and dashboards.

You will diagnose CRM health, data quality issues, and process gaps, translating findings into concrete action plans while collaborating with the founders on strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Core HubSpot capabilities required: workflow automation, lists/segmentation, custom properties, lead scoring, email sequences, lifecycle stages, and deal/contact associations.
• Advanced HubSpot capabilities preferred: client access manager, solutions partner portal, multi‑Hub implementations, API & webhook basics, campaigns/attribution, and HubSpot certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end to end from audits and architecture through activation and reporting.
• Lead technical delivery across HubSpot implementations and coordinate with founders on strategy and execution.
• Configure and optimize HubSpot portals from scratch including pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences, and reporting.
• Conduct RevOps audits to diagnose data quality, process gaps, and translate findings into action plans.
• Build and maintain multi‑system workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other GTM stack tools.
• Design dashboards for pipeline, attribution, and performance used by leadership.
