Webly Studio is seeking a GoHighLevel Operations Lead to own CRM and automation for US-based clients across healthcare, home services, and local business. You will design multi-channel campaigns, build workflows, and ensure integrations keep revenue flowing.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real ownership over accounts, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization. You’ll overlap US hours and collaborate with a lean team focused on results.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch multi-channel campaigns inside GoHighLevel.
• Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, no show recovery, and reactivation sequences.
• Connect GHL with external tools like Zapier, Make, Stripe, Google Calendar, Meta Lead Ads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for GHL operations on assigned accounts.
• Build and optimize inbound and outbound lead generation funnels including SEO landing pages, paid traffic capture pages, email outreach, and booking flows.
• Track campaign performance, analyze conversion data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve ROI for every account.
