Job summary

ITC Worldwide is seeking a HubSpot Techno-Functional to lead design, configuration, and integration of HubSpot solutions for internal operations and client engagements. This role blends business process consulting with technical development to deliver CRM, marketing automation, and reporting solutions.

You will translate business needs into practical HubSpot configurations, workflows, and custom apps, working across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub, with a focus on data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent.
• 3+ years HubSpot implementation experience.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with enterprise apps.
• Ability to translate business needs into HubSpot configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead HubSpot solution design workshops.
• Configure Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and CMS Hub.
• Develop custom HubSpot solutions and integrations.
• Build bidirectional integrations with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Develop automation workflows and dashboards.
• Provide post-go-live support and optimization.
