VIDIZMO LLC seeks a hands-on Marketing Operations professional with 2+ years of HubSpot experience to build and run the partner program infrastructure. You will implement workflows, deal registrations, and content publishing, while leveraging AI tools to automate and improve processes.

Strong English communication and an engineer’s mindset are essential. You will work in a remote-capable role, coordinating with a global partner network.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, forms, lists and reporting.
• 2+ years in marketing operations or partner marketing for software.
• Experience publishing website and email content.
• Experience automating tasks with AI and simple scripts.

Responsabilités

• Build and run the partner program in HubSpot, including workflows and emails.
• Own the deal registration form and partner dashboard and keep them accurate.
• Ensure partner deal registrations reach BD within one working day.
• Publish partner content and enablement materials on the website.
• Automate routine partner workflows and track program performance.
