Job summary

WORK is seeking a Senior Qualifier to drive sales closures at our Bahria Phase 4, Phase 7 and Gulberg Greens Offices. You will convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and hand over to validators. Walk-in interviews run 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, at our offices.

You will educate customers on products, benefits, and pricing, and maintain thorough transaction records. Success requires strong closing skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented, target-driven mindset with

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales closing or high-ticket sales.
• Call center experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Final Expense campaigns is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and documentation.

Position: Senior Qualifier

As a Senior Qualifier, you will play a vital role in our sales operations by working closely with verifiers and fronters to engage interested customers and successfully close deals. Your main responsibility will be converting qualified leads into confirmed sales and ensuring a smooth transition to the validator for final verification.

• Key Responsibilities:Engage with interested customers and build strong rapport to drive successful closures.
• Apply advanced sales techniques and persuasive communication to close deals effectively.
• Clearly educate customers about product/services, benefits, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer details and transactions.
• Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to validators with complete documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer transitions.
• Support and guide junior closers while contributing to team sales targets.

• Requirements:Proven experience in sales closing or high-ticket sales.
• Prior experience in a call center environment is mandatory.
• Experience in Final Expense campaign is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to close deals confidently and handle objections effectively.
