Job summary

WORK is seeking a Senior Qualifier to drive sales closures at our Bahria Phase 4, Phase 7 and Gulberg Greens Offices. You will convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and hand over to validators. Walk-in interviews run 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, at our offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales closing or high-ticket sales.
• Call center experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Final Expense campaigns is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with interested customers and build rapport to drive closures.
• Apply advanced sales techniques and persuasive communication to close deals.
• Educate customers about product/services, benefits and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer details and transactions.
• Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to validators with documentation.
• Collaborate with team and support junior closers while meeting sales targets.
