PRIME BPO is seeking a confident and experienced Business Development Specialist (FE Closer) for on-site night shift in Rawalpindi. Senior level applicants with strong English communication and negotiation skills are invited to close Final Expense policies and drive high-value conversions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists.
• Overcome objections professionally while staying within compliance and insurance regulations.
• Explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure customer commitment.
• Process and document closed sales in the CRM.
• Coordinate with verification team for smooth handoff.
• Maintain a high close rate while meeting quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion where appropriate.
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets.
• Stay back or work overtime for training or targets when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists
• Overcome objections professionally while staying within compliance and insurance regulations
• Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure customer commitment
• Accurately process and document closed sales in the CRM
• Coordinate with the verification team to ensure a smooth handoff
• Maintain a high close rate while meeting quality standards
• Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion where appropriate
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year of experience on Final Expense as a Closer (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Confident, target-driven attitude
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Regular students are not eligible to apply
