Job summary

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Product Planning to drive disciplined product planning, sprint planning, and timely delivery across multiple initiatives. You will gather requirements, coordinate lifecycle activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and IT capacity.

The role involves end-to-end lifecycle management—from opportunity assessment to post-launch tracking—requiring strong organizational skills and proactive risk management to deliver high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4–5 years of project management experience within a financial/SDLC context is preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle including plans, budgets, risks and team performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools; strong stakeholder negotiation and requirement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and solutions, prioritize backlog to maximize value.
• Champion Agile methodologies and tools to speed up delivery.
• Build project plans with milestones and timelines for on-time launches.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, identify and mitigate project risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage the full product lifecycle through post-launch tracking.
