Job summary

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Product - Digital Lending to lead the creation and implementation of the lending portfolio. You will bridge business strategy with technical delivery, shaping journey maps, APIs and integrations to deliver scalable, compliant products.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science and Operations to define KPIs, run discovery workshops, plan go-lives and drive post-launch optimization for a national-scale digital lending platform in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience in fintech, digital lending, payments, or banking.
• Experience scaling digital products to large customer bases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital lending products from discovery to post-launch.
• Define product vision, roadmap and execution plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science and Compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs like adoption, activation, revenue and delinquency.
