JazzCash is seeking an Expert Product Planning to drive disciplined product planning, sprint planning, and timely delivery across multiple initiatives. You will gather requirements, coordinate lifecycle activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and IT capacity.

The role involves end-to-end lifecycle management—from opportunity assessment to post-launch tracking—requiring strong organizational skills and proactive risk management to deliver high-quality releases.

Competenze

• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4–5 years of project management experience within a financial/SDLC context is preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle including plans, budgets, risks and team performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools; strong stakeholder negotiation and requirement analysis.

As Expert Product Planning, you will ensure disciplined product planning, sprint planning and timely delivery of product initiatives across JazzCash. You will gather and document requirements, coordinate product lifecycle activities, facilitate sprint-planning sessions and keep delivery aligned with business objectives and technology capacity.

You will support the full product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and requirements definition through design, development, testing, launch, operational enablement and post-launch tracking, keeping documentation, customer experience and support readiness aligned. The role calls for strong organization, structured execution and proactive risk management against agreed milestones.

What you’ll own

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and solutions, resolve project impediments and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value within IT capacity.
• Champion Agile methodologies and tools to speed up delivery and make teams more adaptable.
• Build project plans with clear milestones and timelines for on-time, successful product launches.
• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage the project pipeline and optimize team bandwidth for timely, high-quality delivery without compromising system stability or customer satisfaction.
• Align internal and external stakeholders, give regular data-driven progress updates and manage the full product lifecycle through post-launch tracking.

• Product initiatives are delivered on time against agreed milestones.
• The backlog is prioritized to maximize business value within IT capacity.
• Budgets and forecasts are accurate, and risks are identified and mitigated early.

You may be a strong fit if you

• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Bring at least 4-5 years of project management experience, with an understanding of the SDLC in a financial landscape (highly advantageous).
• Can manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including project plans, budgets, risks and team performance.
• Are familiar with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Communicate and negotiate well with internal and external stakeholders, and can analyze requirements, determine effective solutions and prioritize demand.
