JazzCash is seeking an Expert Product - Digital Lending to lead the creation and implementation of the lending portfolio. You will bridge business strategy with technical delivery, shaping journey maps, APIs and integrations to deliver scalable, compliant products.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science and Operations to define KPIs, run discovery workshops, plan go-lives and drive post-launch optimization for a national-scale digital lending platform in Pakistan.

As Expert Product - Digital Lending, you will lead the creation and implementation of JazzCash's lending portfolio products. This role covers technical product development, product marketing, roadmap implementation, user experience design, documentation, customer experience and integration with technical systems.

We're looking for a product builder, not just a product manager: someone who thrives in ambiguity, challenges assumptions, thinks from first principles and can take an idea from concept to launch. You will be equally comfortable discussing customer problems with business stakeholders and technical details with engineering teams, with a relentless focus on products that create measurable customer and business value.

What you'll own

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital lending products, from discovery and business case to PRD, launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define the product vision, roadmap and execution plans aligned with company strategy and commercial objectives, prioritizing by business impact, feasibility and customer value.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows, and drive technical decisions with engineering on APIs, architecture and integrations.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science, Compliance, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure and reliable products that meet regulatory and governance requirements.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, activation, conversion, revenue, portfolio performance, delinquency and customer satisfaction, using analytics, customer behavior and market insights to improve products.
• Lead discovery workshops, UAT, go-live planning and post-launch reviews, and champion customer-centric design across digital lending journeys.

• Adoption, activation, conversion and revenue grow, with healthy portfolio performance and delinquency.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you

• Bring 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, digital lending, payments, banking or technology, with digital products scaled to large customer bases.
• Have strong product fundamentals across discovery, roadmap planning, execution, experimentation and growth, and understand the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• Have the technical fluency to work with engineers on APIs, microservices, integrations, databases and platform architecture (hands-on coding is not required).
• Write high-quality BRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, wireframes and acceptance criteria, and use product analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Think in a structured, critical way, influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and communicate and present well, with knowledge of AI systems as a plus.
