Job summary

Software Finder is seeking a driven PMO Specialist to join the Project Management Office. You will help establish, maintain, and improve project delivery, governance practices, and reporting standards across programs.

This hands-on role requires collaboration, process development, and the ability to drive alignment with stakeholders, timelines, milestones, and ownership, ensuring practical, adoptable PMO solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project governance, or similar delivery environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and takes initiative within responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining PMO strategies, standards, and operating practices.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and ownership.
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports, and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication of expectations, decisions, and actions.
