Job summary

HBL Asset Management Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple IT projects and changes, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and timely delivery. You will manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across projects.

You will own full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, coordinate internal resources and external vendors, and drive process improvements to enhance project delivery and minimize exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelors of Science in Computer Science discipline
• Desirable: Master of Science
• 8+ years of IT industry experience including 3+ years of hands-on experience in PM Tool & Framework, SDLC
• Working knowledge or experience of Asset Management Company would be added advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project that span one or multiple lines of business
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Report and escape to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with client and all stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Coordinate best practice and ensure lessons learned are logged

Job description

The position is responsible for managing multiple business Projects and Change requests. The position effectively applies methodology and enforces project or program standards to inculcate project management environment within the reported resources and minimize exposure and risk on project or program. The position will ensure strict adherence to PMO standards and discipline.
