Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant experience in product marketing, strategy, or growth.
• Ability to own and execute PMM work from diagnosis through activation and measurement.
• Depth in at least one PMM discipline and strong analytical judgment.
• Clear writing and communication for executive, sales, product, and marketing audiences.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product marketing plans including positioning, messaging, ICP segmentation, and go-to-market activation.
• Build competitive intelligence and convert insights into actionable recommendations for positioning and campaigns.
• Partner with sales, demand gen, product, and customer success to improve funnel quality and revenue outcomes.
• Conduct customer interviews, win/loss, and market research to inform decisions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate PMM work while maintaining quality and human review.
• Maintain a single source of truth for ICP, competitors, messaging, launches, and performance metrics.
